For safety and quality reasons, opened food products and products without their original condition are generally not eligible for return. Do not mail an item back without contacting us first.

When a request is approved, the available resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the transaction. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable.
